VIC2010
VISIONS OF AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY . . .
VIC2010 is a unique conference model designed to
bring together members of the design/build
community, the healthcare industry, the disabled
community, aging in place advocates and
governmental agencies to facilitate the transfer of
knowledge that will build empathy and identify
opportunities for more inclusive design of products
and spaces.

By carefully examining and candidly discussing the
issues surrounding inclusive housing and workplace
solutions, barriers to mobility and adequate
transportation, and community design that
encourages recreational engagement across many
levels of physical ability, we will positively impact
future development of our urban spaces and
surrounding areas
